Heavy Refurbishment. Projects with significant works costing more than 100% of the current property value. Up to 70% LTV day 1 | 65% loan to GDV.
Moderate Refurbishment. Projects with works costing up to 100% of the current property value. Up to 75% LTV day 1 | 70% loan to GDV.
Permitted Development. Conversion of Office Block to residential units, and other schemes under permitted development.
Airspace Projects. Development of residential units above commercial/semi-commercial properties.
