Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this promotion is Colenko Ltd
1.2 This promotion is a marketing prize draw open only to eligible Brokers acting on behalf of Broker Firms that are onboarded with Colenko
1.3 By participating in this promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
2.1 “Accelerator Period” means any period during the Promotion Period during which Colenko announces that additional Entries may be earned for specified products or categories of finance.
2.2 “Application Fee” means the application fee payable to Colenko in connection with the relevant finance application.
2.3 “Broker” means the individual commercial finance broker who submits the relevant finance application on behalf of a Broker Firm.
2.4 “Broker Firm” means the commercial finance brokerage firm on whose behalf the Broker acts and which, at the relevant time, is onboarded with Colenko and has signed Colenko’s empanelment form.
2.5 “Entry” means one valid promotional entry allocated in accordance with clause 4.
2.6 “England” means the England men’s senior national football team.
2.7 “Final” means the final match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 men’s tournament.
2.8 “Golden Boot Condition” means the condition described in clause 5.5.
2.9 “Hedge Counterparty” means any sportsbook operator, bookmaker, betting exchange or other betting counterparty used by Colenko for hedging purposes in connection with this promotion.
2.10 “Promotion Period” means the period from 5.00pm UK time on 14 April 2026 to 5.00pm UK time on 14 July 2026 inclusive.
2.11 “Qualifying Application” means a finance application which is submitted through Colenko by a Broker on behalf of an eligible Broker Firm during the Promotion Period, has the Application Fee paid during the Promotion Period, and progresses to the point that terms are offered.
2.12 “Terms Offered and Accepted Amount” means the total facility amount stated in the latest version of the terms offered by Colenko and accepted by the client, as recorded by Colenko at 5.00pm UK time on 14 July 2026.
2.13 “World Cup 2026” means the FIFA World Cup 2026 men’s tournament.
3. Promotion Overview
3.1 Eligible Brokers will receive Entries for Qualifying Applications in accordance with clause 4.
3.2 If England reaches the Final, Colenko will conduct a random draw from all valid Entries and select ten provisional winning Entries and two reserve Entries.
3.3 A provisional winning Entry does not entitle the relevant Broker to any prize unless England wins the Final.
3.4 If England wins the Final, each provisional winning Entry shall become a confirmed winning Entry and, subject to these Terms and Conditions, shall win £2,500.
3.5 If England wins the Final and the Golden Boot Condition is satisfied, each confirmed winning Entry shall instead win £10,000.
3.6 If England does not win the Final, no prize shall be payable and all provisional winning Entries and reserve Entries shall automatically lapse.
3.7 This promotion is separate from, and incidental to, Colenko’s finance application services. Payment of the Application Fee is solely for those services and does not itself guarantee any Entry, any prize, any draw outcome, or any loan approval.
4. Eligibility and Entry Allocation
4.1 This promotion is open only to Brokers acting on behalf of a Broker Firm onboarded with Colenko.
4.2 Entries are allocated by reference to the Terms Offered and Accepted Amount as follows:

4.3 Where the amount stated in the relevant accepted terms changes before 5.00pm UK time on 14 July 2026, the applicable number of Entries shall be recalculated by reference to the latest Terms Offered and Accepted Amount in force at that time.
4.4 Where a transaction is structured as more than one facility, Colenko may aggregate those facilities and determine Entries by reference to the total combined facility amount.
4.5 Colenko may announce one or more Accelerator Periods during the Promotion Period. Any Accelerator Period shall apply only to the products or categories of finance specified by Colenko, apply only during the dates and times stated in the relevant announcement, and not be applied retrospectively once announced.
4.6 Accelerator Periods may be announced by email, on LinkedIn, or by both methods.
4.7 No Entries will be awarded unless both the relevant finance application is submitted during the Promotion Period and the relevant Application Fee is paid during the Promotion Period.
4.8 An Entry may be removed, reduced or treated as invalid if the relevant application is withdrawn by the client, is cancelled, is duplicated, contains materially inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information, or is, in Colenko’s reasonable opinion, manipulated, artificially structured or otherwise submitted in bad faith for the purpose of increasing Entries.
4.9 An Entry shall not be removed solely because the relevant application is declined by the lender.
4.10 A Broker may receive multiple Entries and may win multiple prizes. There is no cap on the number of prizes a Broker may win through separate winning Entries.
5. Draw Mechanics and Prize Conditions
5.1 If England reaches the Final, the draw shall take place two working days before the scheduled date of the Final, or as soon as reasonably practicable afterwards if operational necessity or fixture changes make that impossible.
5.2 The draw shall be conducted using randomiser software and shall select ten provisional winning Entries and two reserve Entries.
5.3 Reserve Entries shall be used in the order drawn if a provisional winning Entry or confirmed winning Entry is later found to be invalid, the relevant Broker is ineligible, or the relevant Broker fails to comply with clause 6.
5.4 Subject to clauses 5.7 to 5.11, whether England has won the Final shall be determined by the official result of the Final, including a win following extra time or penalties where applicable.
5.5 The Golden Boot Condition is satisfied if England wins the Final and Harry Kane is determined, for the purposes of this promotion, to be the Golden Boot winner for the World Cup 2026 in accordance with this clause 5.
5.6 At the start of the promotion, the intended basis of the Golden Boot Condition is the FIFA Golden Boot rules and tie break criteria in force at that time.
5.7 Colenko has hedged, or may hedge, the Golden Boot Condition by reference to markets offered by Hedge Counterparties.
5.8 If FIFA changes, revises, reapplies or reinterprets the Golden Boot rules, criteria or tie break method at any time before, during or after the World Cup 2026, or if there is any inconsistency, dispute, ambiguity or misalignment between FIFA’s interpretation and the settlement position or market rules applied by one or more Hedge Counterparties, Colenko may determine whether the Golden Boot Condition is satisfied by reference to the settlement position, settlement rules or settlement interpretation applied by one or more Hedge Counterparties, and the judgment of those Hedge Counterparties shall prevail for the purposes of this promotion.
5.9 For the avoidance of doubt, clause 5.8 applies only to the meaning, interpretation and determination of the Golden Boot Condition, and it does not alter the determination of whether England has won the Final under clause 5.4.
5.10 If, at any stage, Harry Kane appears to be the undisputed Golden Boot winner, or England appears to be the winner of the Final, but either position is later disputed, revised, reinterpreted, amended or otherwise called into question, Colenko may defer prize confirmation or payment until the relevant official outcome and, where applicable, the relevant Hedge Counterparty settlement position are finally determined for the purposes of this promotion.
5.11 If the official result of the Final, the official Golden Boot outcome, or any hedge or bookmaker settlement is delayed, suspended, disputed, amended or voided, Colenko may determine whether the prize conditions in this clause 5 have been satisfied by reference to the official information and such hedge settlement information, market rules or counterparty interpretations as Colenko is reasonably able to obtain from its Hedge Counterparties, and may act on that basis for the purposes of prize confirmation and payment.
5.12 In the event of a tie, or if the relevant Hedge Counterparty settles the applicable hedge on the basis of a tie or shared outcome and Colenko receives only a pro rata hedge payout, the prize payable in respect of each confirmed winning Entry shall be reduced by the same proportion.
6. Winner Notification and Prize Payment
6.1 Provisional winners and reserve winners may be contacted after the draw and before the Final for verification purposes.
6.2 Confirmed winners shall be notified by Colenko after the final applicable prize outcome has been determined under clause 5.
6.3 Each confirmed winner must, within 14 days of notification, provide any information reasonably requested by Colenko to verify identity and arrange payment.
6.4 If a confirmed winner fails to respond within that period, fails to provide requested verification information, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, that winner’s prize entitlement shall lapse and Colenko may award the prize to the next available reserve Entry.
6.5 Prizes shall be paid by bank transfer only.
6.6 Subject to clause 6.7, prizes shall be paid within 30 days of the relevant hedge or bookmaker settlement outcome being determined for the purposes of clause 5.
6.7 Prizes shall ordinarily be paid to the Broker connected with the relevant winning Entry and not to the relevant Broker Firm, save where Colenko reasonably determines that payment should instead be made differently for legal, regulatory, compliance or operational reasons.
6.8 Where payment is made to a Broker, Colenko may require proof of identity, confirmation of bank account details, confirmation that the individual submitted the relevant finance application on behalf of the relevant Broker Firm, and such further confirmations as Colenko reasonably considers necessary regarding the individual’s entitlement to receive the prize personally.
6.9 Each participant is solely responsible for any tax, employment, accounting, disclosure or internal policy consequences arising from receipt of any prize. Colenko accepts no responsibility for those matters.
7. Publicity and Data Use
7.1 Colenko may, at its discretion, refer in promotional material relating to this promotion to the names of winning Brokers and the names of their Broker Firms.
7.2 Colenko is not obliged to publish a winners list.
7.3 Personal data shall be processed for the purposes of administering this promotion and otherwise in accordance with Colenko’s applicable privacy notice.
8. Verification, Anti Abuse and Disqualification
8.1 Colenko reserves the right to verify all Entries and participant eligibility.
8.2 Colenko may disqualify any Entry or participant, or remove or adjust Entries, where it reasonably believes that the promotion has been abused, applications have been artificially split or duplicated, inaccurate or misleading information has been provided, the participant has acted in bad faith, or the participant has otherwise acted contrary to the spirit or intended operation of the promotion.
8.3 Colenko’s decisions on verification, calculation of Entries, use of reserve winners and administration of the promotion shall be final, provided that Colenko acts reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes, Suspension and Withdrawal
9.1 Colenko reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel this promotion, or to amend these Terms and Conditions, where reasonably necessary because of fraud or attempted fraud, error or omission, legal or regulatory reasons, force majeure, postponement, abandonment, cancellation or material format change affecting the World Cup 2026, or any event outside Colenko’s reasonable control which materially affects the proper administration of the promotion or Colenko’s ability to hedge its exposure.
9.2 Any such change shall take effect from the time it is published or otherwise communicated by Colenko.
9.3 No amendment shall retrospectively deprive a participant of Entries already validly earned, except where the relevant Entry is later found to be invalid under these Terms and Conditions.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, Colenko’s maximum aggregate liability under or in connection with this promotion shall not exceed £100,000.
10.3 Subject to clause 10.1, Colenko shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or business loss arising from or in connection with this promotion, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from any employment or tax consequences of prize receipt.
11. Complaints
11.1 Any complaint or query relating to this promotion should be submitted directly to Colenko, which will handle the matter informally and in good faith.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms and Conditions and any non contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
